The TCL-05SV2 eliminates this risk by providing a fitted plastic enclosure over the terminal area, protecting personnel from accidental contact with energized conductors and preventing bridging by tools or conductive debris.

Align the cover with the breaker terminal area and press firmly until retention projections snap into engagement with pre-formed mounting holes in the circuit breaker casing.

Insert a slotted screwdriver tip into the gap at the retention projection, deflect inward to release engagement, and tilt the cover free. The tool contact point is on the plastic projection, not on live components.

The "05" in TCL-05SV2 corresponds to the 30A-63A frame range. Larger frames require different covers: TCL-1SV2 for 100A-125A frame, TCL-2SV2 for frames above 125A.

The "V2" suffix indicates 2-pole compatibility. For 3-pole breakers in the same frame size, use TCL-05SV3.

TCL indicates large terminal cover; TCS indicates small terminal cover. The small cover alternative for the same frame and pole combination is TCS-05SV2.
