Alpha-i SPM HV — High-Voltage Spindle for 400V Regions

FANUC's Alpha-i SPM (Spindle Power Module) product range covers two input voltage standards:


Standard voltage (200V series: A06B-6111, A06B-6116, A06B-6128): For machines installed in regions with 200–240V three-phase supply — Japan, parts of North America, and other 200V regions.


High Voltage (HV) series (A06B-6121, A06B-6122): For machines installed in regions with 380–480V three-phase supply — Europe, most of Asia, and other 400V regions.

The A06B-6121 and A06B-6122 are the Type A and Type B variants of the Alpha-i SPM HV series. The A16B-2203-0820 is the wiring board for the smallest HV spindle module in this range: the SPM-5.5HVi — a 5.5kW spindle amplifier running directly from 400–480VAC mains input.
